We attempted to attend a Memorial Day parade this year thinking of all the fun it would be for Lane to see. The town we went to will remain nameless but the one American flag, 5 marching war veterans, one high school marching band, one corvette and NO candy didn't cut it in my book as an actual parade. It lasted a total of 3 minutes which was far less than the 20 minutes we spent waiting for it to get to us. We could only laugh as we pulled away and chalked this one up to a memory!Memoria
