Lane and Carson donned their Christmas presents from their 'Uncle Mikey' (who lives in Oregon), to help cheer on the team for the National Championship football game. Unfortunately the game didn't turn out in their favor but they still have room to grow in their new attire!
We lost our camera for our Chicago trip and our own little family Christmas so we only have pictures of the Phelps side fun. Overall a busy but great Christmas time. On a side note, we have since found our camera!
This years Santa attempt was an exact mirror of last years event. Carson was neither overly impressed nor disappointed by the meeting and as you can see by the picture below, Lane has yet to get over her small fear. Happy as ever by the wooden cut-out!
I can't believe Carson is already a year! It truly has flown by and I couldn't be more in love with the sweetest, most destructive little man I know. We first celebrated Carson's birthday trunk-or-treating at my parent's church with the Phelps cousins. The day was completed with a hayride at Tuesink's Farm and a pumpkin cake. Our second celebration was with the TeBrake and Borchert clan. Since trunk-or-treat was on a Saturday and real trick-or-treating was on Sunday, the kids got to do it twice!
